Offering three meals a day, seven days a week, Home Cuisine has several different meal programs to choose from, including a new vegetarian diet option. Choose between portion-controlled 1,200-calorie or 2,000-calorie meals prepared in their commercial kitchen in St. Matthews. Home Cuisine has a different menu each week, focusing on dishes that utilize fresh, local ingredients from which they create their seasonal meals.
Each and every dish is low in sodium and follows the diet guidelines of both the American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association. If you are trying Home Cuisine for the first time and don’t want to start with a seven-day program, try their three-day option for just $75. The Three Day Sampler is a 1,200 calorie option and includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner for three days. Order online or call.
The differing menu each week is a set menu and does not allow for substitutions. Inquire about working with special diets, such as food allergies or intolerances.
Home Cuisine caters to the Louisville Metro area and southern Indiana with convenient pick-up locations at all Rainbow Blossom stores. During the cooler months, overnight delivery is offered for Kentucky residents only and is provided for a fee through UPS. Customers opting to have their meals delivered must be home to accept delivery.
Meals are bundled in one bag for pickup with a list of ingredients, heating instructions, and suggestions as to when meals should be consumed.
